Dr. Michael Flewelling
Dr. Mike Flewelling is proud to be your dentist. As a native of Michiana, Mike grew up in our community and understands the needs and concerns of his patients.
After graduating from Buchanan High School, Dr. Mike enlisted in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, where he faithfully served 7 years with Charlie Co. 1st Battalion 24th Marines stationed in Lansing. In 2003 Company C was deployed to Iraq where Dr. served our Country honorably and was awarded a Certificate of Commendation in recognition of his leadership during the conflict.
After returning home, Dr. Mike set his sights on continuing his education. He completed his undergraduate degree at Andrews University, where he received his B.S. in Biomedicine, and, more importantly, where he met his beautiful wife Tracy! After graduation, Dr. Mike was accepted to the prestigious Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in Southern California. There, he served as President of his class and helped to establish a class level peer review committee that helped ensure students received the assistance they needed with their studies. Upon graduation Dr. Mike received multiple awards including the Prince award for leadership, which is the Dental Schools highest bestowed honor, and the Mountain award, which is the schools highest clinical honor, for his compassionate and ethical treatment of his patients.
After graduation Dr. Mike spent some time working as an associate dentist in a large Chicago clinic before returning home to southwest Michigan. Dr. Mike and Tracy are very excited to be a part of the Niles community and near to family once again.
When not in the clinic, you may find Dr Mike on the golf course in the summer or on the snowmobile trails in the winter. He also enjoys a lazy day at home with a good book and time with his family. Dr Mike is an avid sports fan, and be forewarned, if you get him talking football your appointment may last longer then you thought!
Cheryl Macri
Cheryl joined our team in 2014, but has a long history with Four Flags Family Dentistry. As the daughter of Dr. Richard Macri who started the practice, she spent holiday and summer breaks helping around the office. Those early years inspired her to become a dental hygienist.
After graduating Andrews Academy, she attended Southern Adventist University in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee for two years before finishing her degree at Northwestern University Dental School in Chicago. She brings over 30 years as a dental hygienist, working most of those years in Indiana. Living back in Niles for the past 15 years Cheryl spends as much times as possible with her family and friends. Ask her about her travels, cooking with her cousins on “Italian Night”, and her fur baby Gucci.
Kim Andres
Kim started with Four Flags Dentistry in July of 2014. Kim had 6 years previous experience in the dental field before joining Dr. Flewelling and his team.
Kim can answer any financial or dental insurance question you may have. If she doesn’t know the answer to your question she will be happy to accept the challenge of the getting the answer for you. Kim resides in Berrien Springs Michigan with her family.

Minu Johnson
Minu was born and raised in Bangladesh, a small impoverished country in southwestern Asia. It was there, she met and later married Dr. David Johnson. After 27 years of marriage, they now have four children and seven grandchildren.
After moving to Niles in 2001, Minu attended Lake Michigan College and became and Expanded Function Dental Assistant. She has been working at the practice for 10 years. She has felt the same passion about her work since she first entered the dental field 30 years ago.
On her time off, Minu enjoys cooking authentic Bengali dishes for her friends and family, tending to her vegetable garden, and traveling the countryside.
Heather Jacob
Heather grew up in Sawyer Mi. She began her dental career in 1998 as a dental assistant. She decided to switch gears and returned to college for a career in dental hygiene. She graduated from Kalamazoo Valley Community College in 2007. Soon after she joined our staff that year.
Heather is married to her wonderful husband Kevin. They met in 2002 and married in 2008. They have 2 beautiful children. They reside in Berrien Center.

Riley Saylor
Riley studied dental assisting at Lake Michigan College after graduating from Dowagiac High School in 2015. She joined the Four Flags Family Dentistry family in April of 2019.
Riley says "I'm married to the greatest man in the world!" Riley and her husband have two dogs together, an Akita named Nismo and a German Shepherd named Nova.
Riley loves to bake and craft, and she does a lot of both in her spare time.
Andrea Spradlin
Andrea received her degree in dental hygiene from Indiana University-South Bend in 2009 and joined our team in 2016. While in college, she worked as a sterilization tech, where she gained experience in the dental field. She is passionate about improving and educating patients on their oral hygiene.
She was born and raised in Michiana and loves calling it home. Outside of work she spends her time with her husband and two children. Andrea enjoys working out, going on family vacations, and spending time outdoors.
Andrea takes pride in her gentle but thorough touch. She strives to provide the best care to her patients, and hopes to make even the most nervous patients feel at ease.
